- Product Master – This provides AdOr5 with the product details pulled from your Xero profile. Products can be maintained in Xero by the relevant team and the details will be integrated to the warehouse. These products allow the warehouse to physically identify the products within the warehouse.
- Purchase Orders – All purchase orders created on Xero will integrate down to the AdOr5 WMS to allow the warehouse staff to receive stock from a supplier against the quantities that were requested within the Purchase order on Xero. Making sure that the supplier supplies the stock requested and ensuring a full track and trace of products received vs. the supplier invoice.
- Invoices – On creation of invoices within Xero, these invoices are integrated to AdOr5 as outbound instructions (Orders). The warehouse will then be able to allocate, pick and pack against the required quantities linked to the Xero invoice.
- GRN – After stock has been received, audited and put-away against the Purchase Order within the warehouse, AdOr5 is able to update the actual quantities on Xero against the purchase order to ensure accurate supplier invoicing and payments. This also ensures that the available inventory against the items in Xero is increased based on the actual received quantities.
- Order confirmations – On completion of an order in AdOr5, the invoice on Xero is updated with the actual quantities picked and packed and places the invoice into the approved status for further processing on Xero.
- Stock Adjustments – If stock is damaged, found, lost or any other reason to cause an adjustment of physical stock within the warehouse, these transactions are processed on Xero to ensure the inventory quantities in Xero are kept aligned with the physical warehouse. This ensures that a user may not over-order stock that is not physically available and allows the team working on Xero to keep an eye on the inventory in the warehouse.
